Infinity National Asset Management strives to provide the services each client’s needs to be effective for their particular statement of work.   If you require specific services that we do not list below, we will attempt to customize our services and pricing as necessary. In fact, Infinity National has been successful in providing exactly what services our customers require.

The following are the standard BPO options we provide, including add-on products which can be ordered separately in bulk or for individual portfolios.

Standard BPO & Pre-REO Services:

  • Exterior BPO 5-day turn time
  • Interior BPO 5-day turn time
  • Retro BPO
A la carte BPO Services (In addition  to Standard BPO Services)
  • Occupancy Check
  • Rush fee  (48 hour turn time)
  • SAME Day fee  (within 24 hrs & FIRST Priority)
  • SB 1137 compliance visit (CA Only)
  • Active Real Estate License verification
  • Checking if license is on file, is part of our Standard Q.C.   We will cross reference each License for Good standing and pending a Actions again the local board/DRE
  • For a copy of the realtor license to be pulled and sent separately with each BPO
  • Cross review with county Tax records
  • Summary Sheet will show cross review to be done, and BPO will be noted with any discrepancies
  • For a full copy of the Tax Record, or a property profile printed and sent separately

Standardized BPO Training

STANDARIZATION is key in Broker Price Opinions.  With ALL agents using similar methods, BPO valuations become more precise for the asset managers and valuation managers.  We require NVSI BPO certification which has created that standardization.
