BPO - Quality Control!
Quality Control is the reason we get high marks from our clients, and have developed the reputation for excellence with all of our BPO products. Our three pillars of quality are Training, Verification and Communication.
Infinity National strives to provide the highest level of service and quality in a timely manner. There are two areas in which quality control must be performed:
First, data must be completed properly in each form. Then, verified to be consistent and in the correct format to provide accurate reporting for proper valuations.
Our system verifies 100% of every data field entry and creates flags for anything outside acceptable guidelines that must be explained, reviewed and approved by a quality control manager who must approve each individual BPO.
Second, content must be reviewed to ensure accuracy. This can only be controlled through human interaction. Infinity creates several layers of quality control at this level.
1. Every service provider (Appraiser and Real Estate agent) completes the comprehensive National Valuation Standards Institute training. This is training provides them with a fundamental understanding of how and why they are performing an assignment. Ultimately, through avoiding mistakes we automatically increase the accuracy of their assignment.
2. Quality Control Managers are trained to provide complete accuracy verification. Our experienced Managers have been trained to know exactly what to look for and how to cross-reference other sources in verifying the accuracy of your BPO.
Going beyond the normal scope, we work closely with any of our clients to train them to do the same verifications systems as we do. We feel that it is important to share knowledge, so that your employees can spot check or run complete checks on all of their orders. In fact, many of our clients have worked with us to make sure each of their employees also takes NVSI certification training. While other companies might want to keep their Q.C. proprietary in some way, it is our belief that our client’s best interest is in knowing what we know, and that transparency is always the best policy.
Standardized BPO Training
STANDARIZATION is key in Broker Price Opinions. With ALL agents using similar methods, BPO valuations become more precise for the asset managers and valuation managers. We require NVSI BPO certification which has created that standardization.
