INAM has been working from the beginning to provide the highest level of consistency with regards to our BPOs.  While the asset management industry has continually allowed any real estate agent in the field to sign up and provide BPOs without any required training or qualification, INAM has chosen to work directly with Trained & Certified BPO agents wherever possible.  
Having assisted in the creation of a BPO training program in 2007, INAM subsequently assisted in creating the National Valuation Standards Institute in order to provide real estate agents nationwide the ability to get certified, and offer consistent BPOs for the first time.    As INAM moved towards providing enterprise level BPO solutions, we now strategically partner with NVSI.  

NVSI offers comprehensive BPO education systems, testing procedures and continuing education requirements. Through this strategic partnership, Infinity has a network of certified real estate professionals throughout the country, and NVSI agents receive first priority in every marketplace in the U.S.   In the event that an N VSI agent is not available in a particular marketplace, INAM either urges immediate certification, or requires that the agent submit proof of qualification.  Additionally, even further Q.C. is required in the event a non-NVSI agent is used to complete one of our BPOs, and an NVSI certified individual must approve the final BPO.
